Minister's speech in respect of Expansion and Acceleration of the Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme
The Minister of Energy, Ms Tina Joemat-Pettersson
announced a combination of energy supply and demand options that will increase the participation
of the independent power producers to electricity supply to the grid as well as private
participation in energy efficiency and demand side initiatives in Cape Town on the 16th of April
2015.
